- 1983: Waterford Office opened
- 1990: Introduced Environmental Services
- 1998: Malone O'Regan Environmental Services Ltd. established
- 1999:Malone O'Regan Scott Wilson Joint Venture established
- 2002: Galway Office opened
- 2004:Integrated Road Design Office established in Dublin
