The brief included feasibility studies on a number of other sites for relocation of some of the existing operations before the decision to relocate them all to the new composite facility on a green field site was approved.

The facilities comprise 7,000 sq.m. of production and distribution space together with 2,135 sq.m. of office space and a tasting room.

Steel trussed portal frames provide large clear spans in the production and distribution spaces. The building is clad in a variety of cladding types with a distinctive curved wall enclosing a glazed entrance.

Malone O’Regan is retained on an ongoing basis for upgrades and modifications to the plant.
