Danone Baby Nutrition Wexford consists of a manufacturing facility and a packing operation for products such as Aptimil, Cow & Gate and Milupa Milk Formulae. Malone O’Regan has been involved in the master planning for the site and design of a major upgrade to the facility over the past four years to provide increased levels of quality, hygiene and food safety for higher risk activities.

These are being primarily addressed by providing zoning and segregation to minimise micro-biological and cross-contamination with the works including:

• Segregated access and changing rooms
• Segregation of processes
• New Ventilation System
• Upgraded Laboratory
• New Milk Intake Area

Malone O’Regan provides Project Management, Architectural, Civil/Structural, Cost Control, Site Supervision and Health & Safety and Environmental Consultancy Services to the Wexford site.
