The Tullyvale Residential Development is strategically located at what will be an important junction of the N11 and M50 motorway as well as a nodal point along the future LUAS line south west of Dun Laoghaire at the foothills of the Dublin Mountains.

Malone O’Regan was retained as civil and structural engineers and environmental consultants for the development.

The first phase comprises a mix of on this development of 700 apartments in 26 No. Blocks on an elevated site. The blocks are arranged around three landscaped courtyards that cascade down a slope towards the park and the view of Killiney Hill in the distance. Routes from the courtyards traverse the main boulevard and provide a link to the commercial and retail heart of the area.

The development includes a private on-site leisure complex, with a fully equipped gym and swimming pool as well as a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

Malone O’Regan is also retained for the follow on phases which will comprise up to 1,200 units.
